Adults who reside or work in the Big Walnut School District are eligible to apply.
✅ What does a Concessions Manager do? ✅
Responsibilities include:
• Inventory tracking and product rotation
• Volunteer coordination and sign-up management
• Communication with teams and athletic office staff
• Ordering concession supplies and coordinating deliveries
• Monitoring volunteer participation records
• Cleaning and monitoring equipment in the concessions stands
• Financial reporting and invoice coordination
Concessions Managers will need to maintain an active Food Safety Certification, which is reimbursable by BWAB.
